Block Treasure Quest Privacy Policy
Updated on August 04, 2026
We always put your personal privacy rights first in all our service commitments. In this document, all individual users will be referred to as ¡°you¡± for consistent expression. We have compiled this privacy policy in a clear and detailed manner, aiming to simply explain how we collect, store and use your personal information when you use our game Block Treasure Quest (hereinafter referred to as the ¡°Application¡±). We strongly advise you to read this full policy carefully to fully understand our privacy principles and service practices. Your act of opening the Application or using any of its supporting services means that you fully understand and voluntarily agree to all terms of this privacy policy.
Information Collection and Usage Rules
1. In-Game Operation Data
We collect a variety of data related to your daily use and operation behavior in the Application. The collected information includes but is not limited to your click frequency, browsing pages and content, application startup records, personal permission settings, the running status of game functions, the number of third-party apps installed on your device, unique package IDs of installed apps, device brand information, real-time network connection status, firebase_device_id, specific device model, SIM card issuing country, system default language, and cookie data accessible by advertising platforms. We only share the above data with authorized third-party analysis tools including Firebase, Facebook Analytics and our self-developed ECS data statistics system, and will not disclose such information to any other external institutions.
2. Device Information Data
To optimize your game use experience and ensure stable service operation, we collect part of your device and network information. The specific data scope varies according to your app usage habits, personalized privacy settings and the game functions you use. The collected information covers SDK/API version, operation platform type, operation time records, unique application ID and current version, exclusive device identification code, device manufacturer, system version, system language, device time zone and network connection modes such as Wi-Fi. In addition, we will record the Application¡¯s display information on Google Play, ad loading modes, advertising platform types and unique ad delivery identifiers. The Android ID data obtained from your device is only used to monitor in-app advertising behaviors and is defined as personal user information.
3. Advertising Related Data
We use the exclusive advertising ID of your Android device to push personalized ads and conduct user data analysis. It is important to note that this advertising ID does not contain any sensitive personal information, cannot be used to identify individual users independently, and will not be associated with your other personal data. Meanwhile, this identifier has no connection with permanent device codes such as SSAID, MAC address and IMEI.
4. Network Usage Data
When you access the internet during gameplay, we will collect your network type (Wi-Fi or mobile cellular data) and IP address information. This basic network data is essential to maintain stable network connection and normal operation of the Application.
5. Third-Party Profit and Data Analysis Data
The third-party development tool kits (SDKs) embedded in our Application will collect partial user data, and the specific types are as follows:
l Google Advertising ID: Applied to Google¡¯s advertising service system for ad delivery and statistics.
l Device basic information: Including device type, hardware parameters and the service usage country/region.
l Anti-fraud data: Used to identify invalid click behaviors and prevent advertising fraud, so as to guarantee the normal operation of the advertising system.
l User demographic data: Analyzed through IP address to summarize regional user usage characteristics and trends.
l Advertising, marketing and analysis data: Used by third-party SDKs to optimize marketing plans, conduct industry research and analyze user operation habits.
l Advertising platform cookies: Cookie files stored on your device that can be accessed by official advertising institutions.
All data collected by third-party SDKs is governed by the independent privacy policies of corresponding service providers. The third-party partners include advertising and monetization platforms (Google Admob, Facebook Audience Network, IronSource, etc.) and data analysis tools (Firebase, Facebook Analytics and our internal operation systems). You can check the dedicated third-party partner privacy policy section to view the official policy links of these platforms.
Legal Basis for Personal Data Processing
All our personal data processing behaviors strictly comply with the usage purposes specified in this policy, and all data operations are based on the following legal grounds:
1. Contract Performance Requirements
Personal data processing is a necessary measure for us to fulfill service contractual obligations. It supports the provision of game services you apply for, completes user identity verification, and maintains normal functions such as user account registration and login, ensuring that you can normally use all functions of the platform.
2. Legal Compliance Requirements
We will process user data to meet mandatory legal and regulatory requirements. For example, we will retain financial and service records in accordance with national accounting standards, and provide specified user information to judicial and law enforcement agencies when legally required.
3. Legitimate Business Needs
We conduct reasonable data processing to maintain good user service relationships, such as pushing service reminder notifications, strengthening platform network and data security, and releasing product update information. Through user data analysis, we can continuously optimize product functions, improve service quality and upgrade the overall user experience.
4. User Voluntary Authorization
For non-basic service scenarios, we will only process your personal data after obtaining your clear and explicit consent. Typical scenarios include deploying non-essential device cookies and authorizing third parties to obtain data for targeted advertising push. Some personalized platform functions and advertising services can only run normally based on your authorized data processing behavior.
How We Collect Your Information
1. Automatic In-Game Data Collection
As soon as you launch Block Treasure Quest, the game¡¯s built-in system will automatically gather the user data mentioned above. All data collection work strictly follows the rules of this privacy policy and complies with all local applicable laws and industry regulations to ensure every collection step is standardized and legal.
2. Data Obtained From Third-Party Platforms
If you download and install the game through third-party application channels (such as the Google Play Store), we may receive limited user information from these platforms, including unique device IDs and game download records. All such data transmission activities fully abide by the privacy rules of the corresponding third-party platforms and relevant legal provisions.
Data Security Protection Measures
We take the security of your personal information as a top priority. We have adopted a full set of professional protection methods, including advanced data encryption technology, to effectively prevent data loss, illegal possession, unauthorized access, improper disclosure, malicious tampering and accidental damage. We encrypt all user data during local storage and network transmission, ensuring the complete security and integrity of your information in all transmission processes.
We have set up strict data access management rules. Only internal staff with valid work permissions and actual business needs can view and process user data. We record all data access behaviors in detail and conduct regular internal compliance inspections to standardize data operation processes. In addition, we regularly carry out security detection and vulnerability scanning for game systems and cloud servers. This proactive maintenance method can timely discover and fix potential security risks, and effectively resist network attacks, hacker intrusion, virus infection and other malicious cyber threats to protect your data security.
Your Personal Data Rights
1. Right to Cancel Authorization
You have the right to cancel your previously approved data processing authorization at any time without any restrictions. The revocation of consent will not affect the legality of any data processing operations completed before the cancellation, nor will it invalidate the data processing behaviors completed by third parties prior to your revocation.
2. Right to Check and Modify Data
In accordance with relevant legal regulations, you have the right to check all your personal data stored in our system at any time, and apply to us for correction if you find any inaccurate or incomplete information.
3. Right to Obtain and Correct Personal Information
You can submit a written application to us to obtain a copy of your personal data stored by us. We will provide the data for free, unless relevant laws allow us to charge a reasonable service fee. If providing full data access will damage the legitimate rights and interests of other individuals or third parties, we may set reasonable access restrictions. When you cannot actively update your wrong personal information through our official channels, you can apply to us, and we will help you complete the correction.
4. Right to Delete Personal Data
You are eligible to apply for the deletion of your personal data in the following situations:
l The collected personal data is no longer needed for the original service purpose;
l You have cancelled the data authorization you previously agreed to, and the data processing is based entirely on your consent;
l You have objected to our ongoing data processing, and we have no legitimate and sufficient business reasons to continue processing your data.
5. Right to Restrict Data Processing
You can apply to restrict our processing of your personal data in the following circumstances:
l You question the accuracy of your current data, and we will suspend relevant processing during the data verification period (this may temporarily affect your use of game services);
l You find that we process your data illegally, and choose to restrict processing instead of deleting data directly;
l We no longer need your data for service purposes, but you need the reserved data to defend your legal rights, or you are in the period of disputing our legitimate processing basis.
For all data with processing restrictions, we will only carry out relevant operations with your explicit consent, or for the purpose of safeguarding legal rights and interests, protecting third-party legitimate interests and public welfare. We will promptly inform you once the processing restrictions are lifted.
6. Right to Object to Data Processing
If your personal data is processed based on your consent, service contract or our legitimate business needs, you have the right to raise an objection in accordance with the law. We can only continue to process your data if it is necessary for legal litigation or clearly required by relevant laws.
7. Third-Party Notification Right
If we have shared your personal data with third-party institutions, we will notify these third parties of your data correction, deletion or restriction applications, unless it is technically impossible or requires excessive administrative costs. We will also inform you of the specific information of these third-party data recipients according to your application.
8. Right Against Automated Decision-Making
Except for legally exempted scenarios, you have the right to refuse any automated decision-making behaviors (including user portrait analysis) that rely solely on data processing and may bring legal impacts or substantial losses to your rights and interests.
9. Right of Data Portability
When your personal data is processed based on contract obligations, your explicit authorization or full automatic processing, you can apply to us to provide your data in a standard machine-readable format. On the premise of technical feasibility and no infringement on the legitimate rights and interests of third parties, we will directly transfer your data to the designated data controller according to your requirements.
10. Right to File Complaints
If you believe that your privacy rights have been violated, you can contact us via email at solikinsoli33@gmail.com, and we will actively and promptly handle and resolve your problem. Meanwhile, you have the right to submit a formal complaint to the official data supervision authority in your residence, workplace or the place where the privacy infringement occurs.

You can follow the guidance in the ¡°Exercising Your California Privacy Rights¡± section to apply for your exclusive CCPA rights. These rules only apply to California residents. If you do not live in California, this section is not applicable to you, and you shall refer to our official general Privacy Policy.

2. Right to Delete Personal Data
You are allowed to submit requests to delete any personal data we have collected from you. After receiving your valid deletion application, we will delete relevant data from our own system and require our service partners to complete the same deletion operation. However, we or third-party service providers may retain your data in the following legal situations:

3. Data Retention Rules
We can keep your personal data for a longer time if you have given us clear authorization and have not cancelled your consent. We may also extend the data retention period to meet legal requirements and official regulatory orders. If the Block Treasure Quest game stops all operations completely, we will permanently delete all your personal data from our servers and databases.
4. Handling of User Data Requests
We will respond to all valid and verified user requests within 45 days after receipt. If unexpected situations occur and we need to extend the processing time (the maximum extension period can make the total time up to 90 days), we will inform you of the delay reason and relevant details via email, phone or other electronic communication methods. Normally, we do not charge any fees for processing your data requests. But for excessive, repeated or invalid applications, we have the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee. We will clearly explain the reasons and specific cost details to you before charging any fees.
5. Non-Discrimination Promise
We will not treat you unfairly because you exercise your CCPA privacy rights. We will not refuse to provide game services, charge different prices, or provide low-quality or inconsistent services for this reason. Your CCPA privacy rights will not change or override the service terms you have previously agreed to.
6. Rules on Collecting Minors¡¯ Information
Our Block Treasure Quest game services are not designed for users under 13 years old, and we will not actively collect personal information from children under 13.
