· Device model, SIM card region, system language and advertising cookies saved on your device
We only share the above data with trusted third-party analytics services, namely Firebase, Facebook Analytics and our internal ECS data management system.
To deliver a better and more tailored experience, we collect technical details about your device and network environment. The specific data collected varies depending on your usage habits, privacy settings and the functions you utilize.
The collected information covers:
· SDK and API versions, operating system types (e.g. Android)
· Activity timestamps, unique IDs for the App and your device
· App version, device brand and OS version
· System language, region, time zone and network type (Wi-Fi or mobile network)
· Google Play availability status, ad loading status, advertising platforms and advertising IDs
All this data is associated with your Android ID to support ad delivery, optimization and tracking within the App. Under applicable data protection laws, such information is classified as personal data.
We use your Android Advertising ID to serve ads that better match your interests. This unique identifier is solely used for in-app advertising work, including ad delivery and performance analysis. It contains no sensitive details that can directly identify you or permanently track your device.
This ID will not be linked to any personally identifiable information such as your name, email address or phone number. It is also kept separate from fixed device identifiers including SSAID, MAC address and IMEI.
Every time you access the internet and use Golden Ox Treasure, we record your network type (Wi-Fi or cellular network) and IP address. This data ensures smooth App operation and allows us to detect and fix connection issues in a timely manner.
We integrate multiple third-party SDKs to realize ad monetization and data analysis for the App. These external services may collect and process various technical and usage data from your device, including:
· Google Advertising ID
· Device hardware information, model specifications and regional settings
· Data for fraud detection and click verification to block invalid ad activities
· General demographic data inferred from your IP address
· Information for targeted advertising, campaign analysis and performance reporting
· Tracking tools including cookies and similar identifiers provided by ad partners
Please note that we have no control over the data collection and usage rules of these third-party services. Each SDK’s data handling is governed exclusively by its provider’s privacy policy.
Our authorized third-party partners include major monetization platforms: Google Admob, Facebook Audience Network, IronSource, AppLovin, Vungle, Unity, Fyber, Amazon and Pangle. We also work with analytics tools such as Firebase, Facebook Analytics and our internal data system.

As mentioned above, we only process your personal data for the clear purposes stated in this Privacy Policy for Golden Ox Treasure. Below are the legal grounds for our data collection and handling, which fully comply with relevant data protection regulations:
We process data when it is necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to you. This covers all operations related to providing core App functions and services you choose to use, such as account access verification, maintaining stable App operation and ensuring normal gameplay. From the moment you open and use Golden Ox Treasure, the App’s built-in systems will automatically collect user and device data in accordance with this Policy. All collection activities strictly follow this document and comply with local and international data protection laws.
When you download and install the App via third-party distribution channels such as Google Play, we may receive limited non-sensitive user and device data from these platforms, within the scope permitted by their privacy and service rules. The information may include unique device IDs, installation logs and basic usage preferences that platforms are legally allowed to share with developers.
We only obtain and process data authorized by relevant third-party platforms, and abide by all their privacy rules and legal requirements. No unauthorized data access will be conducted.
Protecting your personal data is one of our core work priorities. We adopt industry-standard security mechanisms to reduce risks including data loss, unauthorized access, theft, misuse, leakage, tampering and permanent damage.
We apply mainstream encryption technologies to protect your data throughout its lifecycle, whether the data is stored on our servers or transmitted over networks. Besides encryption, we enforce strict access control: only staff with legitimate job needs can access your personal data, and all access records are logged and audited regularly to prevent improper use.
In addition, we conduct regular security inspections and vulnerability scans on the App and backend servers. Any detected flaws and potential threats will be fixed immediately to defend against hacking, malware, data breaches and other security incidents.
Only designated internal staff such as customer support and technical maintenance personnel, who need data to perform their duties, are allowed to access your stored personal information.
We will keep your collected personal data during the entire operation period of Golden Ox Treasure. This retention period is necessary to provide continuous core services, maintain normal App functions, respond to user inquiries and technical issues, and guarantee a good user experience.
If Golden Ox Treasure terminates all services officially, all stored personal data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our internal rules and applicable laws, and no data will be reserved afterwards.
As a user of Golden Ox Treasure, you have a series of legal rights regarding the personal data we process. The details of these rights are as follows:
If we process your data based on your prior consent (such as for targeted ads or specific tracking tools), you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without unreasonable restrictions. Withdrawing consent will not affect the legality of data processing completed before the withdrawal, nor will it invalidate third-party data activities conducted earlier.
In accordance with data protection laws, you may access all personal data we hold about you. You can also request corrections for inaccurate, outdated or wrong information, so as to ensure the authenticity and validity of our stored data. This protects your legitimate rights and also keeps our data accurate for stable service delivery.
You may apply to obtain a copy of your personal data held by us. We will respond to your request promptly free of charge, except for cases permitted by relevant laws. We may charge a reasonable fee only for excessive, repeated or large-volume requests. We can limit your data access rights only when it is necessary to protect other people’s privacy.
If you cannot update your personal information through the App’s built-in settings, you may submit a written request to us for modification. We will review all valid applications and complete the processing within the time limit required by law.
You may submit a request to delete part or all of your personal data we hold under the following circumstances:

· You dispute the accuracy of your personal data: we will pause relevant processing while verifying the information, which may temporarily restrict access to some non-core App functions
· Our data processing is deemed illegal, and you choose to limit usage instead of deleting data
· We no longer need the data for daily operation, but you require it for legal claims and proceedings
· You raise an objection to data processing, and we are still verifying whether our legitimate interests prevail over your privacy rights

As a California resident, you have the right to inquire about and access all personal data we collected from you in the past 12 months while you used Golden Ox Treasure. This right covers:

· Sources of the data, including the App’s internal systems and third-party distribution platforms such as Google Play
· Business purposes for data collection, such as function optimization, experience improvement and targeted ad delivery
· Specific personal data we hold about you, including your Android ID and detailed in-app operation records
You may submit a verifiable request to delete all your personal data collected by us. Once your request is approved, we will also ask our partners including ad and analytics providers to remove your data from their systems. Nevertheless, complete deletion may not be achievable under exceptions permitted by CCPA:
· To provide core App services you use, such as saving game progress and account data
· To diagnose and fix technical faults affecting normal App usage
· To comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act and its amendments
· To conduct public welfare scientific, historical or statistical research in line with ethical and privacy rules
· To perform legal obligations, such as responding to legal subpoenas, court orders and official requests
We may keep your personal data for a longer period if you have given valid consent (e.g. for ad tracking) and do not withdraw it. We are also required to retain data for extended time as stipulated by laws, tax rules and regulatory orders.
If Golden Ox Treasure stops operation, all user-related personal data will be permanently deleted in compliance with our internal rules and California privacy laws.
We will reply to all valid CCPA requests within 45 calendar days upon receipt. In complex cases, the processing period can be extended, with a maximum total duration of 90 days. We will notify you of the extension and reasons in advance via your reserved contact method.
We do not charge fees for handling normal CCPA requests. However, we may collect a reasonable cost-based fee for excessive, repeated or frivolous applications. We will explain the reason and provide a cost estimate before processing such requests.
We will not treat you unfairly because you exercise your CCPA rights. We will not deny you access to core App functions, charge different fees, reduce service quality or limit your use of in-app content and activities. Exercising your CCPA rights will not bring any adverse impact on your service experience.
Golden Ox Treasure is not developed or promoted for users under 13 years old. We will not actively collect or store personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we find such data is provided by minors, we will delete all relevant information immediately and stop related data processing.
If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child under 13 and find your child has shared personal information via the App, please contact our team at solikinsoli33@gmail.com promptly.
Users aged between 13 and 16 may voluntarily join limited data processing activities such as App analytics. Their parents or guardians can also contact us to raise concerns or submit opt-out applications.

· The data collection or processing violates relevant regulations
If we lose the legal basis for processing your personal data, you may request to suspend or limit relevant operations. After restriction takes effect, we can only keep the data for narrow legal purposes, such as complying with court orders, fixing technical faults or handling legal claims. The restricted data will not be used for daily business including user analysis, ad delivery and App optimization.
You may request a complete copy of your personal data generated from App usage in standard machine-readable formats such as CSV, JSON and Excel. The data covers game records, personal preferences, usage history and other profile information.
When technically feasible and without extra burden, we will assist in transferring your data to another qualified data controller if you switch service providers, as long as the operation complies with data protection laws.

Please note that all third-party providers independently formulate and update their own privacy rules, and we have no control over their data collection, processing and management practices. Protecting the privacy of minor users is one of our top priorities. Minors may not fully understand the privacy risks of online products, so we encourage parents and legal guardians to supervise children’s online activities, including their use of Golden Ox Treasure, and prevent minors from disclosing personal identifiable information via the App.
Golden Ox Treasure is not intended for users under the age of 13. We have clear internal rules to refrain from actively collecting, storing or processing personal identifiable information from children under 13. After receiving a verified report together with guardianship proof and relevant usage details, we will find and delete all the minor’s personal data completely in accordance with the US COPPA, EU GDPR and industry standards. We will issue a written confirmation to you after the deletion is finished.
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to adapt to new App functions, internal business adjustments and updated local and international privacy laws. We will keep the policy consistent with product development and regulatory requirements to maintain full transparency with all users.
