The collected information covers:

·        Activity timestamps, unique IDs for the App and your device

·        App version, device brand and OS version

·        System language, region, time zone and network type (Wi-Fi or mobile network)

·        Google Play availability status, ad loading status, advertising platforms and advertising IDs

All this data is associated with your Android ID to support ad delivery, optimization and tracking within the App. Under applicable data protection laws, such information is classified as personal data.

3. Advertising-related Data

We use your Android Advertising ID to serve ads that better match your interests. This unique identifier is solely used for in-app advertising work, including ad delivery and performance analysis. It contains no sensitive details that can directly identify you or permanently track your device.

This ID will not be linked to any personally identifiable information such as your name, email address or phone number. It is also kept separate from fixed device identifiers including SSAID, MAC address and IMEI.

4. Network Connection Data

Every time you access the internet and use Golden Ox Treasure, we record your network type (Wi-Fi or cellular network) and IP address. This data ensures smooth App operation and allows us to detect and fix connection issues in a timely manner.

5. Third-Party Data for Monetization and Analysis

We integrate multiple third-party SDKs to realize ad monetization and data analysis for the App. These external services may collect and process various technical and usage data from your device, including:

We only obtain and process data authorized by relevant third-party platforms, and abide by all their privacy rules and legal requirements. No unauthorized data access will be conducted.

2. Right to Request Data Deletion

Nevertheless, complete deletion may not be achievable under exceptions permitted by CCPA:

We will reply to all valid CCPA requests within 45 calendar days upon receipt. In complex cases, the processing period can be extended, with a maximum total duration of 90 days. We will notify you of the extension and reasons in advance via your reserved contact method.

We do not charge fees for handling normal CCPA requests. However, we may collect a reasonable cost-based fee for excessive, repeated or frivolous applications. We will explain the reason and provide a cost estimate before processing such requests.

5. Non-Discrimination

We will not treat you unfairly because you exercise your CCPA rights. We will not deny you access to core App functions, charge different fees, reduce service quality or limit your use of in-app content and activities. Exercising your CCPA rights will not bring any adverse impact on your service experience.

6. Rules on Minors’ Personal Data

Golden Ox Treasure is not developed or promoted for users under 13 years old. We will not actively collect or store personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we find such data is provided by minors, we will delete all relevant information immediately and stop related data processing.

Protection of Minors’ Privacy
